Whitehouse | Fiberglass Pool Project

This Whitehouse, Ohio project involved the installation of a custom fiberglass pool integrated with a new patio, automatic safety cover, and masonry waterfall wall. The layout was planned to align pool placement, hardscape geometry, and feature wall positioning into one cohesive outdoor environment designed for both performance and everyday use.

Project Overview

Location: Whitehouse, Ohio

Site Condition: Level suburban lot requiring patio expansion and coordinated pool placement

Pool Type: Pre-manufactured rectangular fiberglass pool

Primary Features: Linear stone waterfall wall, expanded concrete patio, integrated seating zones

Role: Pool layout planning, hardscape design, structural coordination, and construction alignment

Design Strategy

The rectangular fiberglass shell established the primary organizing element of the space. Patio geometry was aligned directly with the pool edges to reinforce clean sightlines and create defined seating areas. A linear stone waterfall wall was positioned along the long axis of the pool to provide visual balance, sound, and privacy without overwhelming the open yard.

Construction Coordination

Pool excavation, shell placement, plumbing, and patio expansion were sequenced to maintain grade continuity and clean coping transitions. The waterfall wall required structural footing coordination and dimensional alignment to match the fiberglass shell tolerances.

Final Result

The finished poolscape delivers a structured, modern outdoor environment centered around a clean rectangular water plane. The integrated waterfall wall anchors the space while the expanded patio provides flexibility for lounging and entertaining. The result is a refined backyard setting that feels intentional and cohesive.
