Hi, I’m Mark Pawlaczyk, founder of ScapeSketch. I work with homeowners across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan to plan and lead complete outdoor builds including pools, patios, retaining walls, and structural elements.
With a background in residential design and advanced site modeling, I bring clarity to complex backyard transformations before construction begins. From layout and grading to trade coordination and execution, I ensure every part of the project works together as one cohesive build.
